Awesome work!
I am going to do something very similar in my LWB Sierra when it is finished and you have given me some very good idea's. I really like how it slides out like that, I was going to make mine folding but that is a better idea.
My aim is to fit a full size double mattress.

Currently have a full sized double mattress minus the notches for the rear wheel arches in my old Nissan pulsar but it sucks off road  .

That is an awesome idea!! Me and my house mate were just talking the other week about ideas to make my swb Vit into a sleeper and were coming up with all sorts of crazy ideas of remounting the rear doors to make it a swing down and other crazy shit. Love what you have done and I reckon I will be stealing your idea (all credit your way of course) and doing this before next dry season.
