get keg, remove the valve, trace cut lines

Clean the inside

Add hinges
Image

Add a handle
Image

Add some bling
Image

Add some grill support
Image

Done.

Add some fooken meat and enjoy !

What are you using to heat it? Coals? Need air holes in the base?

Coals yes.
Works great without any vent, but it's on the list of improvements. Not really needed at this stage.
