Not bad at all Looks great for a learners car! Haha. Although I do prefer the smaller tube bars. Does it add a whole lot of weight to the back of the car? Kinda hard to tell what plate you made it out of (looks to be about 3mm?) |

looks good. you may want to add some provision for mud flaps so you can put them on before you go over the pits or up the highway then take em off before wheeling Kor3y101 wrote: Although I do prefer the smaller tube bars. Kinda hard to tell what plate you made it out of (looks to be about 3mm?) tube bars can be surprisingly heavy, a 40mm tube still has a circumference of 125mm. two tubes parallel to make a bar would be the equivilent of a 250mm of plate. then you have to put something between the tubes to fill in the gaps (usually plate anyway). so they can be on par depending on the thickness of the materials used. |

Completely agree, Tube bars can be very heavy too but they don't look quite as bulky so it gives it a certain look. (At least in my head it does haha) It looks great though, some quick release mudflap brackets would be a nice touch to it. |
