I couldn't figure out how to do this but it's all a bit simple once you have done it It's a big radiator so an extra 60mm wider and 530mm tall. To make it fit i had to remove the plastic guard, a mate went over the pit's and was told that he needed to replace it or find something else to hold up the brake lines. I use a piece of 25 EA and drilled two holes 545mm apart and fitted it.
Then i cut the passengers side (PS) bracket off level and used a piece of 65mm EA, the difference was 60mm so that's the length i cut the angle. Once all is cut up it's joined together like so.
I used standard vit rad supports but cut down to fit between the chassis rails, on the drivers side (DS) i had to join on a piece of 10x3x20 flat bar, this was because the vit rad supports sat snug around the steering box and the DS sierra bracket didn't line up so i had to join a piece to drill holes into.
well that's pretty much it, it was simple and took a day out in the shed. Ill be pulling it all back out due to the missing engine and split washers then painting it black so it all blends in. The top of the vit rad sits nearly identical to the height of the sierra so can't really ask for much more than that

hmm i have a vit shroud and a sierra fan will that do? i think that the vit shroud might not be correctly located for a sierra engine.... but never the less ill see what i can come up with... i need to weld on a over flow bottle mount also.

I just rang a radiator place advertising vitara radiators for 185, but they say that the sizes are vastly different to what you say, 700mm tall, they have no listing for this.
Do you perchance know of the vehicle model/year its from.
The vitara is 425mm by 490mm Thats the biggest in the book.

Taa mate, thats more like it.
Radiators are measured only on the core, so 530 is cool, a core of 700 would be one hell of a core to get onto the zook hey hehe.
