cost $65.
1/3 the wieght of the old one.
painted in army camo black seems tough.
small cheap winch.

Is that an ATV winch ? Are you sure it would be up to pulling you out of a bog hole ?

looks good mate. i had the same winch on mine be sure to use the block with it to double the cable back to the zook and its slow but will pull the zook out of just about anything. Just be carefull the motor and gears are not sealed and they like to rust up. Thats what killed mine.

looks good laurie. x2 on what vwdave says. the one on the back of my SWB
needed to be smashed with a big rock each time i used it. :lol:

hey i really like the bar. can you maybe post some more info on how you manufactured it or pm me some dimensions or plans. also do you know what it weighs? looks neat as.

now i have a dodgy back bar as well.
same pipe same basic shape. sticks out 24mm more from car and is not mounted as strongly. cost about $30 plus $42 for leds .
now i can use both ends as a seat or step could also knock up a jerry can holder ect.

the advantages of a cheap bar are you can fix em cheap too
i took it off cut out the bent bit found some water pipe to go full length in the front bar then stuck it back together .

more cheap bars. picked up some gal pipe.
i still had some of the pipe i made my bars out of that fit over the new stuff just great :D
so i knocked up some (insert animal sounds) cheep n ruff sliders.
all up i guess $24 the pair about half of that bolts.

Ah so thats what you used them for!

Will be good protection for the rocky stuff.

Plenty more where they come from! The guys has sheet loads.
