For the last 16 years i have worked at a couple of south east Queensland's largest Suzuki specialists and the time has come where i have decided to go out on my own as an independent Suzuki specialist not only to the public but to the trade.
Let me introduce myself to those of you who don't know who i am. My name is Dave and not only do i work on Suzuki's i have owned many and raced them. I have done possibly more engine conversions than anyone in Australia. I know that's a pretty bold statement but i don't know anyone who has done what i have. Not have i done possibly every engine conversions in Suzuki , i have also done both normally aspirated and forced induction Suzuki engines in hovercraft , light aircraft and gyrocopters , and have engineered and built Suzuki electric cars. I have built engines that have held records as highest horsepower in their classification.
Not only have i been a petrol engine mechanic for the last 25+ years working on and having a sound knowledge of both carburetted and EFi engines , I am also a qualified diesel mechanic. Workshops across Australia call me when they have a problem Suzuki .
I have the latest Suzuki diagnostic scanner with latest software. not only can it read and erase codes it can reprogram and recalibrate any system except for key recoding (requires a special licence and a password from suzuki).
At the time of this post I have 5 engines/wiring loom/ecu available for engine conversions into sierra/type 1 jimny I also have access to engines for conversion into vvt jimny. i can rebuild any driveline component , diffs , gearbox , transfer.
no job is too large or too small for me , even if you like to work on your own car and hit a obstacle whether it be for removing a bolt you cant remove or diagnosing an electrical/efi problem.
mention you saw this advertisement on auszookers and you get a 10% labour rate discount. Labour rates will be $80 an hour for general mechanical work and $100 an hour for advanced diagnostics . basic scan fee $66 , advanced scan fee $80 , reprogramming $100 and special
program including diesel forced regeneration ,injector calibration , egr and throttle body calibration $120.
