So I want to run a front air locker and up grade to chromo axles at the same time. Locker is the RD208.
I understand that the side gears need to be changed to 26 spline.

The zook is a 92 and a 2 pin carrier (I think), I was reading that I need a 4 pin carrier?

Can someone tell me what I actually need?

An air locker has the entire carrier as part of it.
RD208 (New RD88) is 26 spline so can be in the front with chromo's or in the rear with standard axles.

You dont need anything other than the box from ARB.
