Want 33 thinks I've got an ex QGR 89 NT LWB seria.

So the cradle was touching the handbrake backing plate.

I dash around for two hours, end up grinding the protruding steel of the rubber mount.

Only got 2mm.

How much clearance have you guy's got.

can we ask what sort of transfer cradle have you got?

Just standard I guess,a year or so ago I replased the rear driver's side, and suzukisport gave me the right one.

There's not a lot of clearance on them, but they shouldn't be touching, and you certainly shouldn't have to 'clearance them'. Check that the long arm mount for the transfer case isn't twisted or bent and that none of the rubber mounts are broken causing the case to have moved.
