I am fixing up a G16B EFI Motor that cam with no head - I have got a new head and sorted out most of the pieces but I can not find anything that will fit over this hole in the rear end of the head - I guess it went AWOL with the old head. If you can tell me what I am missing it would be of help and better still would be a picture. This is the hole picture so to speak If you have one of whatever it is to sell would be even better.

My G16B has a plate with a spout for one of the heater hoses. I think I have one here. I'll dig around on the morrow.

yes a water outlet goes there for the heater in my vitara now a vitara doesnt have a heater tap to turn the coolant flow off so I wonder if Suzuki didnt want coolant to be flowing out that end of the head all the time Also, you cant put the head bolts in with the cam fitted, youll have to take all that off

Tony here is the offender... I tried to call you earlier to see if you need any of the other bits that bolt to the head like the little steel plates that support the top of the timing cover.

That is the little sucker I imagined - I tried to ring you back a couple of times but you must be out of range or busy with something Yes I would like the plates to if you have them - I was going to make some but your way is easier
