I am wanting to fit 31 10.5 r15 tyres to my siearra I am thinking maxxis trepadors or mickey mtr's and I've been reading up on what's need to fit is it just 2 inc body lift, bend over firewall seam and cut the front bumper outrigger or is bump stop spacing needed? (Don't really want to space bump stops) also I am thinking of fitting 6.5 gears, when buying them do I need to purchase a rebuild kit as well or is that included in the kit? And do I need the updated output shaft as well my sierra is a 1994 w/t if that helps. Cheers

2" BL Depending what offset rims will probably depend on how much hammering. Put tyres on, then see what needs cutting/hammer 6.5's, id recommend getting the main 5 Ball bearings from lowrange or locally Should be fine with the original shaft

I've been trying to find out what offset is good with 31's and what i've found is that there normally 15x8 with -15 offset does that sound about right or is there a better offset? I love the look of the ford f100 flipped rims but i think thats a bit over board for 31's

Not too sure, someone else will pipe up with 31's and where they will sit under the flares/if you need flare extensions
-15, tyres may scrub the springs on full lock, not sure.

Probably not, I had actual size(31.9x12.0) on 15x8's -28, stock bumps, Hammered seams and guard lips. She rubbed very lightly everywhere. No big problems. Smaller tyres should will be fine
Any bumpstop extension on stock springs will make your ride ultra shit. Stock is 50-60mm gap as it is between bumps and diffs
