I am swaping Cam from sierra g13a in to swift g13ba.how esy will that be?will have motors out .will it be just a matter of pulling them out from the back? or is there more to it.greatful for eney help. Pat

Easy job with motor out.
Make sure you Loctite the cam bearing bolts.
they commonly come loose.

Where are these "cam bearing bolts" that you're referring to?

May be I used the wrong terminology.
I mean the small Philips head screws in the top that hold the valve rocker rods..
Found 3 missing in mine, 2 of which I found lodged in the oil holes, the other no idea.

Thanks for your advice.Was easy and all don .but have now a problem that the engine is running ruff and shake on idel and defnetly not the same power then with the old engine.Is the g13a cam the same like the g13b cam?About the power I might put in a bit tothick oil in 20W50 I hade siting around .I might change the oil to 10W40.sorry for my speling I am a forener.

Double check your cam/crank timing marks and then check your distributor timing.
Sounds like one or the other is out.
