I'm after a snorkel for my sv420 SWB Vitara but I can't find one that is for the 2 litre 4cyl engine. Will the snorkel for the 2 litre 6cyl H20 engine fit? Are the airboxes the same between the J20 and the H20?

Airflow claims this works on 98~03, but the vehicle shown is an SV series, not an SQ, and the vehicle seen in the instruction sheet is an SV420 - any one tried it on an SQ? How did it fit?

Holy cr@p that is expensive! I was looking at the ebay snorkels for around $150

Let me put it this way ...

Airflow claims that snorkel fits both the 4 cylinder & the V6, so that suggests that a snorkel for the H20 will fit the J20 - but to answer your question - the air boxes are different part numbers, so they are not the same.

Have a Look on GIZ 4x4.. They might have a snorkel to suit.

The FTS Snorkel I have on the XL-7 has been brilliant..
