I bought a set from tsor (not operating any more) I didn't bother getting them again, the simple ones were fine, the one I didn't want to make myself was miles out of fitting properly, and took a lot of fiddling to get sitting nice.
Careful cutting you can reuse your old perches.
Or a set of verniers and set of holesaws and grinder and you can make your own
I just did this job and was in the same place. I only did the rear so I've only half the story. I got some 50x100 rhs that was lying around and used a hole saw. The rear is 65mm which requires you to drill it off centre by approx. 11mm centre to centre. then cut in to two pieces. Then I put the two pieces in the vice to make sure that the spring centring dowel is level. its a 14mm if I can remember. Hope that helps.
