Does your WT transfer case have a handbrake drum?
Usually NT use a transfer case drum handbrake, where as WT handbrake are usually rear wheel brake drum. Might need to sus out how your going to keep a handbrake.

WT has rear wheel brake cable. What have others done to fit handbrake with WT case?

Id suggest two options, both a fair bit of stuffing around..
1) put your 6.5 gears into the NT case and keep your handbrake setup as it is. Good opportunity to refresh the bearings and bushes etc.
2) pillage a set of rear brakes and handbrake setup off a WT and convert yours to rear wheel handbrake.
Option 3), not the most suggestible. Travel with a brick you can lodge under a tyre when you park..

Option 4: Fit the nt drum brake to the transfer case when swapping flanges. Hardest part is you may need to tap a thread into the holes for the 4 bolts to hold the backing plate in place.

Option 3 and 4 sound like the best solution.. Didn't know you could retrofit the drum handbrake!! Suppose it makes sense, same casting for the case

Thanks for the suggestions. look like I'll give option 4 a go and fit the NT drum brake to the case.
