Hey Auszookers!

My girlfriend bought a 2011 (I think, it's around that vintage) Grand Vitara a little while ago. On purchase, the radio controls that are mounted on the steering wheel were working fine. Then, not too long after, they stopped working. The controls still illuminate, so I'm hoping it's not the actual remote audio controls unit. I found the wiring diagram for the controls, thinking it might be a fuse, but if I'm reading it properly, there is no fuse. Cruise control still works on the other side of the wheel.

We have gone into the settings on the radio itself, and under "Wheel" the word "Null" appears.

I did a google search of the forum as per the newbie thread but found nothing.

I have attached some pictures which I am hoping might help in leading to an answer!

Any advice, tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated
