Ok had a bit of a Search, any real difference between a speedo cable for a leafy or a coily? I'm running a leafy transfer with the coily speedo gears at the moment. they worked fine for 6 months but on the way home from a job on Saturday the speedo started spazzing out and went dead. Will start trouble shooting but are all the parts interchangeable between models before I go ordering any bits i may need?

I had some problems with a coily once after a trip once where the speedo needle was bouncing all over the place when at road speeds. At one stage it was bouncing above 140 when I was doing about 90. I found the cable wasn't clipped into the back of the cluster properly and when pushed in the problem righted itself.
