2015 Jimny comes with Vehicle Stability Control /Electronic Stability Program.

I'm wondering if it's compatible with diff locks (ARB Air Locker, or Eaton Elocker or other types of diff locks).

Will shifting into 4H/4L disabling the VSC/ESP?

Why would having a locked diff have any negative effect on ESP except for disabling it? The wheel speed sensors will all be inputting the exact same speed into the computer making it think everything is ok... unless you want the ESP to be sensing and doing something which it can't anyway if the wheels are locked together.

basically it will be an issue if the esp started trying to work if the diff was locked.

I cant imagine it ever would but you never know with these kooky computers working everything
