I can say is the only Swift from 1995 with a Weber, tried googling a no other like that, maybe Metros, Jimny, Sierras, but no a G16B with a intake manifold that looks exactly like the Toyota Tercel and a Weber, look it up on youtube
I am already in 3 other forums and no one has been able to give me a straight answer about my setup. At first using the default jetting, it ran lean as hell, then increasing both primary and secondary a bit got it to behave but still not happy about it.
You guys (from Australia) seem to be the only ones to have hearded about a G16B with 16valves carbureted model.

For example, the timing, from the service manual, the engine needs 6 BTDC, the thing is that I can´t source a timing belt cover to do the timing, I use the cam angle (using a transporter) to measure it, it has to be 12º so that the crank is 6º, but I don´t know if that method applies or works, so far the engine runs but I really want to be sure.
The other thing is the jetting, I have seen that everyone talks about the G13 engine with 8v but not with 16V, neither 1.6L. Any one does know if this jetting is correct?
Idle: 60
Primary: 160
Primary air: 160
Secondary: 155
Secondary air: 170
All I see is smaller jetting than that.
The plugs look a little bit grey but not black, and there is a strong gas smell when I let off the throttle after a highspeed driving.
Any pointers?
