Hi Guys,

Before you say it, i've spent the past 3 days searching AZ non stop for advise regarding this, so i've either missed it or confused myself!

I'm going to do an RUF chassis extension on my LWB Sierra Chassis, but i'm stuck on spring options.

Ideally i'd like zero to very slight lift front and rear, and it'd like it to sit level. (I don't really want it to sit too low either)

The set-up will be for factory shackles F + R running 33's and a virtual lift to fit tyres. New shock towers will be fitted as i want the Diff moved forward for firewall clearance.

Any advise please, what would be the longest (brands + models please) and softest leafs for decent flex and drivability. (i'll obviously remove leafs to play with softness), i don't mind changing rear mounts either if required.

Thanks,

Chris

EFS 65mm rear springs are long, pull a few leaves and they should soften up, or go custom with same length but thinner leaves. Mazda 808 and 323 are also a good size but are getting hard to find. I'll probably go with EFS springs when I do mine, have a read on some of the build threads too, hopefully someone else replies.

Efs have allot of use on this forum. I personally like OME springs.

AFAIK there isn't one 'big/soft' leaf thats the go too spring. And for the most part standard rears up front and 50mm lift springs in the rear do a good enough job.

The RUF on Lilfoot that Jrzook did will be the RUF method for you to go.
