Done some research after my previous post. Have come to the conclusion that my baleno has an immobiliser. Anyone done the conversion and been able to keep/bypass the immobiliser. Othwise im wondering will i have to get a pcm and harness from a baleno without an immobiliser? Any ideas. Thanks.

AU Models had an aftermarket immobiliser wired in. Black box with dodgy wires.
From memory i deleted all the non suzuki coloured wires solid weird green etc, And joined the suzuki black/yellowstripe?? If you trace the immobiliser wires, they won't go far anyway. Have done 2 conversions and another i have pulled out of a car has the same shiz going on.

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead but what was the outcome. I'm in the same boat right now. I've got a 2000 Baleno with an immobiliser. Is it possible to use this harness and ECU ?
