Pierberg pump is dead silent as well the 2 ive used have not faultered in over 100,000kms in each vehicle or about 6-7 conversions

where are you buying these from? cheapest i can find is about $300 odd
if i could get it abour $200 it would make sense

I get them for about the 250 mark trade price
If your worried about spending an extra hundred bucks on a new quality item that could potentially leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere if you go with a budget or 2nd hand item then you need look at your priorities. Theres no such thing as a cheap engine conversion, do it once do it right

Having troubles uploading a pic but I run a vit lwb tank in my sierra lwb and it is a lot of work. Josh rebuilt the rear end of the chassis to accommodate the tank, new crossmembers, mounts etc and it just fits between the chassis rails. Problems now are the shackle bolts are awfully close to the tank and it will take some creative thinking to route the exhaust. All doable but not without work.

If it doesnt come in the blue pierberg box and the pump doesnt have the black rubber exterior coating then chances are its just a copy. A couple of local suppliers cross refereranced and tried selling me the vl commo pump but thats not self priming and a terrible alternative
