Hey

I've got a 2006 jimny, on a 2 inch lift with 15inch rims.

I currently have nankang allterrains tyres 215 75 15,

The nankangs are OK but are terrible in the wet.

I was going to get bf goodrich a/t. But I've phoned around and there minimum of $380 per tyre. Bit more than I wanna spend.

It's my daily and do abit of beach work every now and then.

I can't find many tyres in that size in allterrain that I can see but there are a few. More options in 225 75 15.

Can anyone recommend me any decent allterrains??

Also would it be worth going to a 225 75 15? If I can't find any decent 215s?

I daily drive on Maxxis Razr Muds with my 105' Landcruiser. I've hit 80,000km on them with regular rotations and i still have 7mm of tread left from 14mm

They live on the road. Don't be scared of muds. $380 is crazy prices for a 15"

Hey

I seen the maxxis razr but I can't seem to find any in the 215 75 15 size, that's why I was thinking of going 225 75 15 as there seems to be some more options.

But alot of people seem to say that any bigger than 215 as it gets abit sluggish to drive,

Yeah 380$ was abit more than I wanted to spend pee tyre

These decimate bfg AT's in sand and wet weather and due to not being a stiff at LT tire work really well in rocks also. Mud will go to the BFG. Durability/kms will go to BFG, but the price is not comparable and I prefer the softer compound of the yoko for most on and off road driving.

Ahh yeah they don't look to bad, price is alot better,

I found some kuhmo allterains on the tyre power website that's pretty much all they have in 215

Found some goodyear wranglers a/t on the goodyear site but only have 225 75 15

Jax tyres have nothing other than the bf's
But they also have the goodyear wrangler A/T AT $250 each but in the 225s
