Is it worth getting a wheel alignment in a sierra.

Only adjustment is toe, so unless something is visibly bent or the car is driving funny, no.

The steering wheel is off centre a bit but when driving it seems to be alright.if ya let go of the wheel it goes to the right abit.ya gotta keep moving the steering wheel a little when driving though.

RTC damper not set correctly, brakes stuck on on one side due to stuffed bearings or stuck slides, tyre pressures uneven, bent suspension etc...

Steering wheel off-centre is normal though as it will rotate as the suspension drops as you add weight to the front end.
