Doubt you would need tail shaft spacers and castor bushes aren't a bad idea |

I think u will defently need castor bushes or longer radius arms if u lift it in that way u will notice ur wheels will move in towards each other the higher u go 40mm still shortens ur wheel base a bit on its own |

Castor correction is a must. They wander all over the place when they are lifted. |

Recently just lifted my vitara two inches and as you say both front wheels are pointing inwards where would I get some castor bushes? And will that straighten them up? |

And will that straighten them up? which way do they point & from where are you looking from? need more info please... it could be a camber issue (fixed with camber bolts) or a wheel alignment issue due to the lift as the extra height will the toe adjustment to be out. |

Looking at the front of the car both of the wheels at the bottom face in towards the engine, the opposite to camber.. Someone said a wheel alignment just wasn't sure if a wheel alignment would totally set them straight. |

that's positive camber, get some camber bolts to return it back to a zero or negative figure. (tops of the tyres face inwards) Pedders should have them in stock, or you could grab some online if it's not urgent. |

the camber isn't adjustable without camber bolts, unless you elongate the bolt holes in the strut where it bolts onto the knuckle = a bit dodgy how bad is it, can you post a pic of the front of the car? how big was the lift kit you fitted... anything more than 2" should probably have camber bolts fitted, some aftermarket struts have a bit of camber correction built in. personally i'd buy bolts & then get a wheel alignment. |

yeah camber bolts should bring it back in check easy, have you driven it much since the lift went in? as it will settle a bit after the springs break in. also when the front end has been jacked up & lowered it does tend to "hold" onto a bit of positive camber due to the way the suspension cycles once the tyres touch the ground again, driving the car back & forth in the drive way would let it settle back to where it wants to sit. |

yea where it's at now is after 3 days of driving so yea think its fairly settled ill grab some camber bolts and go get some new 31s fitted aswell as a wheel alignment should be all sweet thankyou sir =) |

no drama's ![]() it will probably settle more over time especially once you start working the springs a bit off road. |
