Imagine going on a commodore forum and asking "I want to buy a commodore what should I buy"

Imagine the quality responses you're going to get. Some guy is going to tell you VL turbos are fully sick, some other guy is going to tell you to stay away from VT V8's, and some other guy is going to tell you that the VC with a 253 was the best car he's ever owned. That might be great, if you wanted a VC, or a VT, or a VL.

What is your budget, how ware you going to use it, do you want an auto, a manual, are you planning to modify it, and what are you comparing it to?

A small amount of time spent searching would then give you pretty good info, Then you could ask specific questions based on your budget, use and needs.

As for Km, don't buy one with more than 1km, or 457,565,856,463,845,750.65 km, or 3km, or something. There's far too many variables.

Imagine buying a car that's done 200,000 easy highway kilometers, or 60,000 but was driven on the beach regularly and taken off road - which would you buy?

It's just a matter of buying the car with the lowest Km and best condition/history, and it's always going to be a balance of the two unless you can afford to buy new.

Steve.

PS if you still can't search because you're on your phone, just say that. It will prevent all the samrtarse responses. How about:

Hi, I'm looking to buy a Jimny. I have $10K to spend. It's mostly for daily driving and beach, not hardcore stuff. I'm after some information about possible problems and easy, effective mods. I'd search, but I'm on a stupid phone and it's almost impossible. Can anybody post some links? Much appreciated,

Deego
