They are a standard part, I forget the exact measurement but I just went to a bearing shop and asked them for the correct ones. Be careful when you put them back in, and lube them up when you do so the shaft doesn't just wreck them straight away.
Easy to replace, I did a rear one while the case was still in the truck.
I would advise to use oem seals. They have an additional excluder lip seal which rubs on the flare on the flange. This helps extend the life of the seal.
My case was rebuilt a 70,000km ago (when gears put it), one was replaced or left oem, and two others were aftermarket. About 10,000 km ago, I had to replace the aftermarket seals.
