Cant seem to find the PCD for either the NT or Wt size driveshaft flanges.
I am wanting this because i am without a front drive shaft for my NT. But i do have a front drive shaft for a WT. My NT has a 4k conversion so stock shaft wont fit so even if i buy a stock shaft will have to be lengthened/balanced. Now the WT shaft came from a 4k vehicle aswell but its roughly 80mm shorter than what i need. I have a nonswitch case and already attempted to fit the WT flange on my case (was a no go). Will a WT Front diff flange Bolt on my NT diff? WT is 92 model NT is 82 model.
My plan is to get a spacer made to both make up for the lack of length in the shaft and to work as an adapter for WT to NT PCD. Depending on WT diff flange will fit a NT diff i will or not will determine if i need two adapters/spacers.
If someone can provide me with the pcd for both i will draw up the spacer/adapter on google sketch up (all ive got(better than noob cad))
Doug.

The pcd is different, and bolts are different.

Probably easier to just make hybrid shafts by swapping at the unis.
I would buy one NT shaft, and pull the ends off it to use one on each diff end of your modded WT shafts

Then a simple spacer would work (if you don't lengthen the shafts)

Most likely, YES.... BUT, there are two different pinion splines for 1.3 diffs.

A tailshaft spacer is a "make do" effort...
A tailshaft flange 'spacer/adapter' is just a dumb idea.

I relise that PCD and bolts are different thats why i what to make an adapter.
Considered running a hybrid shaft by using a NT flange on the diff side. But i will convert to WT Diffs once the time is right and that would then mean i would have to change back to Wt flange on diff side. My spacer adapter which i will draw up shortly once i get the PCD for both NT and WT will basically be a section of round steel the distance of whatever the extension has to be for my shaft with one side being drilled and tapped to NT PCD and bolt size (M8?) Studs will then be inserted into the adapter/spacer and loctited, then be bolted to the diff. The other end of the spacer will be the same set up but with WT PCD and bolt size. to acomodate with future WT diff swap (provied that WT diff flange wont fit NT diff) the Diff side of the adapter will also be drilled to WT PCD meaning to swap over WT diffs all i have to do in the driveshaft way of things is remover NT PCD studs and replace with WT PCD and reinstall. (the use of both PCD on one end of the adapter/spacer will not be needed provied that i can swap WT flange onto NT diff) I am attempting to avoid getting the actual drive shaft extened due to the cost of it getting balanced (ranges from 250 to 350) Plus the cost of nt shaft.

:Note PCD are rough estimate.
Image with blue (bolts)is to bolt to WT drive shaft. Other is to bolt to NT T-case flange. solving that conversion delima. The same process could be employed for diff flange, if WT flange wont bolt onto NT diffs. if it does the two spacers combined length will be the distance need to be made up. if second adapter isnt need then the single adapter will just be the distance needed to be made up (roughly 80mm)

It may be my lack of experience but i cant see a major problem with an adapter. all bolts are to be hi tensile and it will be machined not just booty fabed with pedistal drill. It will be used on the front shaft only i wouldnt consider the idea for the rear. Compared to other persons simply cutting nt flanges to fit wt shafts i would belive to to be a better solution?
Also have seen a few SHS drive shafts floating around this site and i would see this to be a dam side safer/stronger than that.
Forgot to accomidate the hole in the centre of spacer for nut on the flange but was only quickly drawn.
