Ive started pulling my coiler centre apart to weld it locked. So far ive got it to the stage that all bar the long pin n other side gear are still in the carrier. Ive tried tapping the long pin out n have had no success. Is there only one way the pin comes out cause i have tried tapping it both ways n it only pops out about 15mm. My thoughts are maybe the shaft is bent, as wen knocked out the 15mm the gears no longer spin. If it is bent does anyone have any ideas on how to remove it. I have a spare front centre in the shed will this long pin from that be able to replace my rear long pin? Any help on this would be great...

Yeah its stuck haha. I had a centre that had that happen. 10mm out either side before it jammed up and nothing would spin. I only wanted the 26spline side gear, so I cut the back off to get to it and chucked it. You could maybe get a small cut off wheel in there to cut it out.
