Hey fellas I just finished fitting the front 2 inch lift and was going to fit the sway bar back on but it doesn't reach, is there anything I can buy to fix this? |

You could just grab some longer bolts and chuck a 50mm or so steel or alloy spacer in between the swaybar and swaybar chassis mount if you wanted to run it. Since the swaybar wont mount up to the stock locations anymore it suggests that you have significantly increased your ride height and therefore have fairly stiff springs, hence you many not even notice any difference in handling with the swaybar left off |

Thanks mate, went down to pedders and got two alloy spacer blocks, cost me about $15 all up. Both installed with ease Cheers |

just for fun - try taking it for a test drive with it on and then take it off again... do a series of figure 8's and accelerate out of them etc to see if it spins the inside wheel more with the swaybar out or not, and assess bodyroll effects... if its much the same then leave the swaybar out as its not making a big difference on the road... Offroad it will be limiting your suspension travel by a fair bit. Its one of the first mods most of us do when we get a sierra =) |

Currently it's sitting in my dads shed, getting restored and painted ahah as I'm not going to be doing extreme 4wd in this, would having the sway bar in affect it drastically for say Moreton island wheeling? Or does it only affect it when it's hard 4wd ? Sorry for the noob question |
