Anyone know a source for cheap poly bushes? Just looking for the small ones for shackle an thought they might be a generic size Be great if i could get yellow to match the near new ones currently on the springs too.

Peter, I have had a few people over the years say that they are too small. I did some investigating and it all depends on the size of the eye size in the spring. Being made by a machine the wrap for the spring can vary up to 3mm from new. I have fitted the bushes I make to about 3 diff types of springs I have run over the years in Casper and never had a prob with them fitting loose. I think some people fit them to older springs and the hole size must get bigger over time. (not a spring guy so only guessing) So I guess I keep selling them from time to time. I never push sales of them but when people ask for them I will sell them. If people are not happy I am more than happy to sort it out with them and will give full refund if they are not happy. At a guess I have sold 200 sets over the last 8 odd years and had about 3 or 4 saying they are not a good fit so they can't be too bad

Santos wrote: 200 sets is extremely low volume! Anywho i'll post back results here once i get them from you Well he did say he doesn't push them, so my guess would be that those 200 sales have almost all come from AZ, NBS and word of mouth. That's impressive! I have had issues with poor fitting poly bushes in the past ( NOT YOURS BRUCE ). It seems to be an issue many suppliers encounter. Atleast you've made an effort to find out why, and back up your product with a return policy. Bruce
