Hey Guys,
I've just swapped in my gti motor into my sierra, atm its running (roughly) but I have a 3 wires in the new loom not yet connected. 1 is a black/yellow wire, C1 pin on the ECM called the start signal atm it's not connected is this right? The other 2 are the wires from the alternator plug, atm I have the alternator connected to the old loom plug (original sierra one) and not the new loom (swift gti one) would this effect anything? Should I connect it to the new loom or join both the looms?

Starter, I connected the signal for mine for G16b Baleno. Used sierra standard wire, but joined onto the Baleno harness for the ecu. Not sure if its needed, but may as well. 1 wire.
Alt, i used sierra harness but added a fuse for the main battery charge circuit. I used the sierra wires as it goes straight to the light on the dash. Think i deleted the Baleno wires.
