hi guys i am just wondering how many amp the baleno g16b alternator is. it is out of a 2000 model car i will be using the engine for my sierra but wondering if i can save doing the falcon upgrade. thanks guys |

You will probably need to use the alternator bracket from your 1.3L both of them, top and bottom, to make the falcon alternator fit, I know i did. I think I just drilled the hole out larger to suit, I can't check until tomorrow though as it's not here. |

There's photos in the falcon alternator swap thread: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=5529 of how to modify G16B alternator brackets to work with a falcon alternator. I agree that if you have the G13 brackets, they are easier to work with, but it's far from impossible to use the G16 stuff. Steve. |
