what does it mean.
im looking at buying a zook from nsw with this engine but id need to get it engineered here in vic...is it worth it...ganna cost around $2000 for engineer certificate alone.
whats my options...
other things mod plated are long range tank and 2 inch lift...
A g16b EFI motor is a 1.6 litre 16 valve engine from a Suzuki vitara. It makes a bit over 40% more power and 30% more torque than the 1.3 litre motor used in the sierra. It's an excellent swap and well worth the hassle of having engineered.
I got the impression that it was an already built car coming in from another state. I imagine that will add a bit to the cost. Engineering approval is quite expensive in Victoria. It pays to shop around. The car won't be able to be registered in Vic without approval though, so the car is pretty worthless without approval.
