does a 3" sidekick lower pitman arm will fit onto a jimny steering box?

it will but it will be longer than the existing pitman arm so you may have clearance problems. I have a vitara (sidekick) power steering box with a jimny pitman arm on it so I know the spline between jimmy and vitara PS boxes is the same.

Bear in mind if you don't also lower the chassis end of the panhard rod, you will have increased bump steer. (Assuming this question relates to your Sj80.
