Hi
I just bought a 99 Jimny Jx. Its just a standard model with vinyl floors etc. I wanted to know what size wheels can I put on it. It has 205/70 r15's at the moment but I'd like something wider.

215/75r15 is popular, only slightly wider, slightly taller too but not enough that you'll have problems with fitting. Next popular size up from that is 235/75r15 but they'll scrub on the guards and zap power from the engine.

One step up to 215/75 is they way to go, I'm running that size in a mud terrain on my Jimny and they go well.

I have 245/75/16 on my jimny and I am very happy with it
