Hey all. Yes, I did use the search function, but my Google-Fu is a little bit off. That, or I'm not thinking of the right search terms. If I were to look for Jimny, what would be the go? What breaks, what doesn't? Examples of things to look out for, from other cars, like I know Sierras rust, and I know if you use the G16 block with GTi heads in a Swift, you're going to have cooling system issues. Stuff like that. I'm not going to be heavily modifying it, it's going to be the second car duties, with the very occasional off-road fun day. The main driver will be a newly-licenced P-plater. The budget is only about $4000. Manual, ABS and airbags are mandatory. Thanks for doing my homework! |

I know what I'd look for. I'd look for this (and then immediately stop looking): viewtopic.php?f=7&t=43202 |

That's Ok Grasshopper... Try the search on this forum (linked in my last post). The AZ search can be a bit annoying as it will ignore some words (or a lot of words) but if you rephrase your question or try clicking the buttons spread all over the page eventually you will get some results. |
