Just want to check what i need for the power steering install on a swb sierra so that i know what it might end up costing me.

So i need
vitara ps box, pump, reservoir and lines
ben t ps adaptor kit
and i think i need a ribbed pulley if so what is that off and what would it cost?

Do i need the lines or am i better of getting custom made ones? same with reservoir? I'm guessing if i go after market reservoir i don't gain anything except extra rice factor pompoms
Do i use the vitara pitman arm or something else? Cant remember if I've read that somewhere?

I can pick up ps box, pump, reservoir and lines for about $200 delivered is that alright an alright price?

Sorry if these are dumb Q's itrs just the ones i was unsure of and couldn't find to muched when i searched.

thanks :D

Getting new lines is easier.
The return line is cheap and easy, the high pressure hose is about $150.
If you aren't using the stock metal lines, it will need a small cooler. So pick one up off ebay (once you know hose sizes would save you messing around with reducers etc).

the vit reservoir is fine and can be made to fit where ever suits.
Vit pitman arm is fine, but it really depends on how much lift you are running.

$200 for the lot delivered sounds reasonable enough.
Last two full powersteer setups I removed from wreckers were $110 each.
