Hey guys I've installed the wiring to the car today for my G16 conversion in my sierra and just have a couple of questions While i still had all the dash out i thought i would check i had power where i should 1 Is the CHECK ENGINE light suppose to turn on with the ignition then go off when you start it ? 2 Is the fuel pump wire also suppose to have power on ignition ? I would like to get the car running b4 i install the dash again it makes it easier to get to every thing. |

The answer to both questions is yes. You should hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds when you turn on the ignition. |

i haven't got pump in yet just using test light atm hoping to have pump in tomorrow |

The pump should run for 3 seconds, then stop if the engine isn't running. |
