hey team, i hit a mud puddle a little quicker than i should of and have the little battery light come on.
ok.. i thought i killed the Alternator, so i replaced it with another one from the wreckers, and the light is still on? (and is not charging)
is there a fuse or relay i might of popped? or could i possibly got a faulty alternator from the wreckers?
appreciate any help
cheers Tony

im pretty sure the alternator needs 12v to start charging so if you run it flat or the alternator fails for a period of time, the light comes on......
