My auto sparky recommended not to change anything. I thought this was a little weird, considering the alt is basically double the output. I am interested to hear what others did..

On my Vitt I run the std fuse (60 amp ?) , have been running the Falcon alt for a while now .
I do have a 100 amp fuse to swap in if it pops though

I used a toyota forklift battery terminal that has built in fuses, it runs parallel 60amp fuses.
been in the car now for almost 2 years with twin batteries, winch and falcon alt,
no dramas
it also has this neat cover for it
