i've searched but there isn't any info, i want wheelbase & can i have it adjustable from say 86" to 97" ?

been thinking about a ute chop with a sliding chassis section & a hydraulic ram to adjust the wheelbasse. :?

is roughly 10" of extension going to be too much for a mega long slip joint, will have to go to a SYE or different T/case with gears or duals...
