Hi All,

Trying to install some 2" springs in my SJ40t (tray back) narrow track but the u bolts which come with most kits seem to be to wide. I have checked the u bolts and they will work with my SJ50.

Does anyone know if it's just the sj40 tray backs that have different u bolts?

If all else fails in pulling the SJ50 apart for spares. Could you use the WT hanger plates on the NT diff?

Hi mate,

I found some of the u bolts from my NT Sj51t worked on my WT diffs, strangely others did not fit.
Just that little bit too tight.

Hanger plates should be the same.

If you are going new springs, you would be better off getting some new ubolts with it.
