![]() Does anyone know if I can get the Bearing Highlighted in Australia ? According to the main dealer I have to buy the entire Spindle just to get the dang bearing... Anyone able to assist ? |

Your main dealer is an idiot - the new spindle doesn't come with the bearing - you have the part number there - trying ordering it from www.suzukicarparts.com (in the US) - shipping shouldn't be that much. Thinking back - I seem to recall you saying you needed to change the spindles. |

Err the market listing for that diagram is not the e24 australian market .so the dealer could be correct. Our market shows it as a bush which does come as part of the spindle. |

Interesting observation there - I know some vehicles use a bush, some use a bearing - my recollection is the parts catalogue shows both as separately available, although I may be thinking GV and not XL-7 - unfortunately, I'm out of office so I can't check my parts catalogue (which is the global one). Surely Magnat should know, since he has his XL-7 apart, if it takes a bush or a bearing. I don't see me as buying that spindle to get the bushing, I'd probably have a machine shop turn it up locally - and thinking about it a little more - what were Suzuki thinking using a bush there, on a vehicle where the axles are constantly turning... |
