Looking for an affordable suspension upgrade to get some more clearance, travel etc.. Could I use lifted springs with the stock 1999 GV struts?

Can be done but kind of defeats the purpose of lifting the car. The standard struts/shocks will limit down travel and you won't get the maximum out of the new springs |

I mean will I get any gain from it? Or should I just hold off until i can afford both? I'll be doing both in time, but if I can get something out of either just springs or shocks then I'll go half now half later.. if that makes sense. |
