Hi guys im doing up my first car and found that the rubbers that seperate the flares from the body have shrunk with age.
Do i buy new ones or can i just pull em out and bog the gap?
Whats everone else done ?

Don't use bog, it will crack and look terrible in that position. You'd also never be able to reuse them.
If you want a cheap fix I'd by a stick of black silicon and take some time to get the outside looking okay. Then you could just cut it if you needed to pull the flare off. Otherwise buy new rubbers.
