hi
I am getting a new Jimny on Wednesday but i am looking for dimensions to build a rear drawer setup beforehand. (just to get an idea then the missus is going to draw it up on CAD for me) ive been endlessly googling but all i can find is the width is about 900mm (with seats removed)
anybody who has done a drawer setup got the measurements?
thanks,
Dave

pulled my seats out the other week, saved 11.7kg. Can measure but not sure what you want measured or from where to where. When I build mine on a rainy weekend I will just space frame it and build it in the back, no real need for cad but I guess it depends on materials and the tools you have access to. I would suggest taking the measurements your self and maybe look at removing the plastic facia if your super keen (wouldn't recommend)
Have fun and post pics!

Have fun and post pics! yeah im just looking for the measurement with the front seats all the way back (big bloke need all the space) i guess im a little excited been doing alot of googling since i put in the order. the dealer didnt have any manuals so had to order it in and its been a bit of a wait (placed the order about 2 weeks ago) but i know its going to be worth it. when i told the missus she said shed draw it up for me but when i get the car i guess it could go both ways.

Picked mine up just before xmas... did the same your doing now! Great fun! You are in the right place to ask questions about Jimnys! Read some of the build threads and ask anything you like What colour did you pick?

yer same, I am going to put a centre draw with lift up lids ether side for spare bits and tools, draw for cooking gear with a flip top bench lid for prep, then a few shelves and a cargo barrier to stop everything from moving!
