Hi all, 2 questions - wondering if anyone can help me find a link or instructions/ directions on replacing a radiator for 2002 Grand Vitara V6 2.5? Just to help out with hints/ tips to watch out for or that make the job easier? I searched a few of the forums on here already, i may have overlooked something, apologies in advance!

Hair line crack in the top plastic part a few inches away from the cap (very technical description).

2nd question - anyone can recommend an aftermarket radiator supplier (australia only)? Seen a few on ebay between 150 to 200 bucks - australian supply with warranty (although i am selling the old faithful by EOFY but just in order to keep it safe to drive in this heat we are having in SEQ, and sellable).

Cheers,

GVAS

I got mine from 4wd products. Best hint i can give u is buy a remote head hose clamp gun off ebay. If u have a auto some brake line hose clamps work well on the cooler lines.
Do it on the grass u will make a mess.
