You have a whole lot of concepts all mixed up together there. Type of spring has nothing to do with tyre size 235 75 15 will require some light guard rolling and trimming of the bumper outrigger to clear and really requires transfer case gearing to retain drivability on and off road. Therefore, I don't know if it's "best" or what that even means- "best" is very subjective. 215's don't effect gearing too adversely and require no guard work or trimming to fit. |

The key here is what you're using it for? Beach work then leave it factory. They go great stock. Spend your money on servicing and making it more reliable. Add a rear airlocker if you're wanting to spend a spare $1200. Then you get a compressor as well. Rocks/Mud etc then you're talking about needing diff clearance, in which case bigger is better, but then as Steve said your gearing goes way up the shit and you need to starting bashing/cutting etc, as well as becoming a target for the police with your new fat tyres =) |
