The body lift is just s spacer, keep the rubbers & make the blocks a similar diameter.

how are you planning on getting around the captive stud length? making your own female bolts?

i use 1/2 inch high tensile bolts and drill thru them length ways and tap them out to make female thread nuts that u can screw onto existing captive bolts hanging down from body

1/2" (12.7mm") won't leave enough meat to tap.
The factory sleeve through the rubber is 16mm OD. I use a 16mm bolt and drill the washers out from 10mm to 16mm.
In any case, I would advise strongly against a 90mm body lift and I imagine that no engineer in Australia would pass one.

Or shape the lift blocks to replace the existing rubbers like this: http://www.bits4vits.co.uk/store/vitara ... _1241.htmlNever do this. Body lift blocks should be very hard polyurethane or aluminium such the the only flex is via the factory body rubber. If you use the 'all in one' type block either they will have too much flex and allow the body to roll excessively or be to rigid and provide a rough ride and potentially damage the body.
