I noticed Zuksoffroad Motor boat mounts lower the 1.6 engines by 75mm. Here is their description:

The motorboat kit Lowers engine 3" lower than other kits. Rubber Isolated to eliminate vibration through solid mounts. Moves engine over to ease install of Power Steering installs. Levels engine and transmission to factory premium angles, allowing lubrication fluids to remain in front transmission bearings. Designed for 3axis positioning for all the different applications of transmissions and 1.6 engine variances. In other words adjustable as in left right, up down and tilt. Negatives are PITA to install. Requires the stubby starter install IF you wanted to be able to remove starter without lifting engine to remove passenger side mount, then starter.

I guess when using an auto trans conversion this would help to line up the very short jackshaft with the transfer case, and thereby remove the need to raise the transfer case for the auto conversions. Do you think this would lower the engine oil pan too much for offroading when stay in a low SPUA suspension of 50mm lift or so?

75mm would be too low.
The pan would be into the diff without bumpstop spacing.

Moves engine over. Tilts it or makes it off centre?

Better off raising the xfer, and lowering the engine a little.

Definitely.

My guess it's intended for cars with a SPOA.

Here's some SPOA logic: Lift car 4"-5" with SPOA kit. Make car unstable. Lower engine 3" . Can't raise transfer because driveshaft angles are crazy because of SPOA. That's a fix for a fix for a problem that didn't exist in the first place.
